833 horn diagram and information

Hello again
I have recently removed the steering column from my Packard and now I can't get the horn to blow I would love to find a detailed drawing of the whole assembly in hopes that I could correct whatever Air I have made you guys are always very good and helpful thank you and advance for all you do.
