I read somewhere, I don't recall where, that the Henneys had no such number. I can tell you that I looked long and hard, because you had a special interest in this, and it absolutely has no number or triangles, and that it is a Henney conversion, since the Henney s/n is under the carpet on the passenger front, and it's registered under that number using that as the VIN, rather than the Packard chassis number.

If you like, I'll take photos of the firewall and email them to you. We have the engine out now being rebuilt, so I can visualize the firewall perfectly and entirely.
