Definitely not a 1938, they had a 2-piece front windscreen. And also it is shown as Michigan (Detroit)-built; Canadian-built right hand drive cars in 1938 had a metal vehicle number plate but the Detroit-built used a decal for 1938.

Might the vehicle number to be 1082-19111, a 1937 6-cylinder model 115C touring sedan? With the production sequence number so high (19111), it must be a high volume model.
