This is the first I've heard of this tidbit of info. Since they are so similar to the '37 and '39 blocks does that mean those 320 cu in blocks have the same problem?

I'm surprised, if true, Packard engines had such a major problem because that is major. I've always considered Packard having the best engines over it's competitors.
