120 Comparison?

Hi Guys,
I am actively seeking a 1936-'38 120 sedan and have found a couple of possible candidates. I would like to ask for some feedback/input regarding these cars and what may be desirable in one year over another? I understand the '36 has much wood but this changed by '38?
Appreciate any and all input.
