I can't recall ever seeing such a diagram. Here's a little description for the smaller 320 engine which is built sharing basic design philosophy with the 385.
If your question concerns the feeding of oil to rear of the camshaft perhaps these photos, courtesy of a poster on The Packard Club forum, might be helpful. Photos illustrate a 320 engine, specifically a 901.
