I forgot about the different colors as I've seen them is red and in green.

As far as Deluxe not existing in 1940, one of mine had a two-color interior with blue seats and armrest with the rest in tan and the rear compartment window trim was also blue while the front and the desk were wood grained. It was an all-original car and there was no sign that the rears had ever had wood grain and the seat upholstery was stamped Packard on the back sides. Incidentally, it was also a Club Sedan even though it was a 110.
