Modern DuPont formulas for Packard colors

Does anyone have modern DuPont formulas for the 1937 Packard Cream and 1939 Havana Beige colors? I have DuPont paint chips with the original lacquer formulas, but have not been able to cross-reference the original formulas to modern acrylic enamel paints.
