I wonder if the company that made the switches supplied them to Russia or if they made their own copy. The switch looks identical to one in a magazine ad posted a while back promoting the products of a company that made turn signals. That switch appeared to be the same as the switch Packard used till the 23rd series. Even the terminals on the wire ends of the Russian switch look like Wade connectors.
