A good study of Packard's patents is quite overdue, it's kind of a neglected treasure trove of information. Thanks for bringing it forward.

The list I've compiled of PMCC patents (excluding Studebaker Packard Corp.) numbers about 1732 patents, including a couple of ones by J. W. Packard and Hatcher that predate the formation of PMCC. I've been working on an article for some time, hopefully to be published in TPC. Analyzing them is fascinating, tells a lot about the individual inventors and the rise and slow decline of the corporation.
