1934 super 8 brake shoe change

Hi Guys,
I haven't posted for a while as the old girl has been running fine but braking has been a bit poor of late. Can the experts (such as O.D) give me some information on how to remove the brake drums. Do I need extractors for the back and front in order to remove them. I look forward to hearing back from some one
