Looks awesome!

I'm in similar situation, was my Dad's car and am preserving / restoring. Just finished mid car forward frame and all associated parts, complete engine rebuild, .030" over, and all wiring using era correct cloth covered wires.

I did the wood grain on the dash and window trim a couple of winters ago, indeed a challenging task but highly rewarding!

Who did the steering wheel? Mine needs work
