Accelerator Pedal Spring for 1929, model 640

We continue to work on sticking throttle issue on a 640.
Found that the accelerator pedal spring 116325 has been replaced with an inadequate part and a second spring added on the vacuum tank side. Does anyone know the specifications for the correct accelerator pedal spring? We are finding length ?? (4"),Coil 0.5-.075" diameter, Wire size roughly .060", extended length?? Minimum load ??( 1-2#), Rate ?? (1.7-3) lbs/inch.
Material ?? (Stainless or Music wire) , Ends hook.
Any help would be appreciated.
