If you're talking about the wiper transmission, it would have a part like that. I can't say if it would be the same part but I showed the image just so you can see what it looks like. I've never owned a Packard earlier than 1939 so I don't know about compatibility from model to model and year to year.

That said, I'm not sure what 1092 is - maybe the body number? The parts book in this case shows the model numbers and there is clearly an OCR error so you'll need to look it up in the PDF of the manual.
