You will have a little work to do cross referencing codes for Paint, Striping, and Trim (upholstery), but all the info is here in the Literature section.

If you go to the 1935-1941 Packard Parts List
Go to Group 30 - Body

On pages 3-4 and 6, you'll find all available paint schemes for a 1099 1937 120C convertible coupe, the correct color pinstripe for each, and leather color for that paint scheme.

I didn't see any Yellows in the color section, so I'm guessing it's Packard Cream L-136, which is Paint Scheme T. Which has Trim Code 22, which for other year convertibles is Tan leather. The pinstripe color is beyond me if it is L-1778 but it may be L-177S (for stripe?) in which case...L-177 is Casino Red.
Standard tops were Khaki. You may have to look hard for. that. Most are beige. It's not the same. For additional cost you could have black, but with Cream and Tan, Khaki would look best. IMHO

Do you know the name of the color of your car? Is the pin stripe (under the windows and around the wheels) currently red? At least in 1940 you could have red leather with any Paint Scheme. I love mine, but tan is standard.
