By the mid to late 1920s gasoline had been sufficiently improved that devices like the fuelizer no longer provided any benefit and in fact could be detrimental to performance. Folks I know who have cars with fuelizers just restore them cosmetically and leave them intact but nonfunctional mostly as a conversation piece. Parts are not particularly easy to locate.

Spark plugs suitable for your car are readily available from auto supply stores, I don't have a brand and number in front of me at the moment - someone will come along with it or try the Autolite website for spark plug recommendations.
