Ok, so the bumper was new for '37 and the vents are Twelve, so it is a '37 Twelve. I think there are 3 wheelbases for Twelves 132,139 and 144" Anyway to tell which it is?

Is the round running board light in the rear fender unique to Twelves?

Anyway to tell if it is a limo vs a touring car?
