I'm not as knowledgeable on these years as I wish I were, but that's certainly a "48" Touring, not a "30". The additional hood length was to accommodate the two additional cylinders. IIRC the Model 48 (the Six) was introduced in 1911 and the 1st Series 48 ran thru 1913 though I'm not astute enough to know if that's a 1st Series 48 or one of the later series.
