1928 Packard 526 Donut Rings

Does anyone know where donut rings for wire wheels for a 1928 Packard could be purchased? I think Don Sommer was reproducing them years ago in Stainless Steel but I suppose American Arrow is no longer in business? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you
