Several people on this thread, myself included, would want a 1938-39-40 super 8 and 120, 21 gal tank. The ‘41 has an indentation for something and so holds 20 gal. But maybe similar enough.
If Barry Lowe is still on Packardinfo you might PM him. He just needs a blueprint to make them.
