Parts book says the part number you mentioned 302702 is the same as the 47 senior models used. I was able to replace my 47 block by using a brass block from another mfg. Only took a small re-bend of a tube to make the slightly different shape work. I want to say it was a Ford product and I think it was a pickup truck but the memory is getting feeble so cannot remember the details from a few years ago. For some reason I did not write the block info down or keep the paperwork and could be wrong on it being Ford. Some Jeeps and Chevys of the late 40s era also used the same brass block so if not Ford you might check the other car vendors.

For the Ford item you might see if Macs Auto will provide specs on these parts. If they work then Macs Auto can supply everything needed including the copper washers. Suitable replacement washers can also be found at Napa but the washers are an odd size not found in the usual assortment boxes parts stores keep behind the counter so not all stores stock them.

You might check measurements on your old block. If it is the same as the 47 the 1/4 brake tubing needs 7/16-24 threads on the inverted flare ports and the bolt thread into the master is 1/2-20. The brake switch port in the bolt end is standard 1/8 NPT.

As a last resort option, if you cannot find a Y block with 1/4 tube ports the more easily found blocks with 3/16 tubing ports could be used with adapters.
