1938 Packard 110 ID plate tag decal on firewall

Hi Packard experts, i have a friend that owns a 38 110 sedan 4dr, exterior black with no firewall plate. He wants to install the correct ID plate or decal. Can anyone provide a photo (in focus) of this tag? Can you elaborate on this, as i hear it may be a decal.
