Nothing magical about the rubber trunk floor mats for these cars. Your local trim shop should be able to cut one for you out of its stock roll.

My 115C convertible coupe had one on the floor of the trunk. It did not have a floor panel over the spare. I think this was due to lack of space due to the rumble seat protruding into the trunk area.
