Detroit Model 51 carburetor - massive fuel leak

I'm getting my 1931 840 back in starting condition. I'm working on several issues, but I had the carburetor rebuilt with a rebuild kit from pac-carbs.com, and now I've got a massive leak. It looks like the bowl is overfilling, and I probably need to adjust the float.
