Float was fine and the needle seats perfectly well, but still leaking. I spoke with Scott Henningsen of pac-carbs.com, and he said one of the most common causes of leaks is due to warping or pin holes in the pot metal lower section leading to float bowel over fill. I’m going to send the carburetor to him to rebuild as he has manufactured all the replacement parts needed. Thanks for everyone’s input!
