I'm using Carter WA-1's on my '37 and '40 and have had zero problems with them.

My '37 had a bastardized version, with linkage cobbled up by a blind blacksmith. I picked up two others from ebay, bolted them on and away we went.https://www.holley.com/blog/post/upgrade_your_1-barrel_autolite_1100_carb_with_modern_fuel_injection/


Fuel injection sounds pretty intriguing to me though!
