I doubt you will find any aftermarket units with the correct resistance as it most likely uses one of the old obsolete ranges. Depending on how they mount and what they are it might be possible to swap some items but it also might be quite a project to try and get them working reliably.

You might contact KM Lifestyles and see if they can make you a new sender. They cannot make the 48-50 bimetal type but have built several of the straight resistance types at a reasonable cost for Packards made in the 30s up thru 47.
