Fluid and maintenance recommendations

I know I might find a range of opinions but as I get acquainted with my 39 Six looking for advice from veterans regarding fluids/lubricants (brands, etc.) and anything else you use to keep your car in good shape from engine to chrome to paint to dash. I don't have a clear sense of the last "changes/flushing of fluids" so looking to work my way through the usual suspects (oil, coolant...).

My car also has original paint and the type of wear you might expect (scratches on the headlight from opening the bonnet, crackling at the rear windows) so tips to not inadvertently damage it more is also appreciated.
