Speedometer Face

I have not seen this face on other 37 120 speedometers. Not that I have seen many but all the ones I have seen images of have the second or third number added. Is this typical? The car is for Canadian sales but I doubt there was any change due to that as we used imperial measurements at that time. Curious. Thanks in advance for your feedback.
