There is a fellow Denny Graham who posted a photo showing how to make something similar to what is shown in the for sale ad. No idea if it works but looking at the size of a Trico screw, drilling the #18 hole in a piece of 1/4 or 5/16 rod and flattening the sides looks like it might actually work.
With a long enough rod you could buy a file handle and drill the end out to glue or pin the rod into the handle to make a driver tool.
