The fitting you called the spacer is the one that goes in the head casting NPT hole. It is not a kit, I was just lucky enough to have it all intact that way in my motor when I took it apart.
I suspect that that part is available through Max Merritt as they have warehouses full of used parts.
To be honest, I had to use a sealant when I reassembled it, I found if I torqued the fitting into the head to get a good seal it collapsed the ID enough the sensor would not slide in properly.
I have attached a highly cropped image that results in a bit of a blurry shot but it gives you the general idea.
