Radiator Mounting Pads 37' 120c

Could someone please tell/show me where radiator mounting pads go on my '37 120C? I have 4 radiator mounting pads purchased from Steele 30-0208-31 they are "pad, radiator lower splash to grille. Fasten into place with rivets". My car did not have such pads, I am currently installing the splash valences and radiator and cannot see where the pads go.
