Casting fabrication Help King Seeley

I’m told that Packard only used a unique style King Seeley hydrostatic gas tank unit for 1928 and 1929. After two years of searching I want to find someone to create the top raised cast portion of the unit. I have these two units. Hoping to create one original working unit. New 1930 and newer ones are available but not 28/29.
