windshield wiper transmission

I was looking through my Packard parts book for the part number for the lower part of the wiper transmission on a 1936 standard 8 coupe. It's the part that's on the outside of the body with 2 screws that holds it to the body just above the windshield. Does anyone know what the part number is for this assembly? I couldn't locate it in my parts manual. (Probably not looking in the right spot)

I got a picture of the part I can't find a part number of. I thought someone more familiar with the parts list could find it.
