I would add to the above:
On my 1937 120, I was able to remove the fan and water pump as an assembly. I found it VERY difficult to remove the fan with the pump in place, and just about impossible to replace the fan and pulley with the water pump in place.

I'm not sure that this can be done on a 1939 120, but it can be done on a '37.

It's best to drape the fan belt over the pump/fan/pulley assembly before installing, but the belt can be carefully worked between the radiator and fan if necessary.

(Be sure that all of the water pump bolts can be inserted in the pump body with the fan and pulley assembled on it. I think one or two of them may have to be inserted in the pump body before assembling the fan and pulley to it, due to the pulley being in the way of inserting them) Use copper washers on the pump to block bolts and I'd also put some sealer on the threads. Attaching the pump to block gasket to the pump with sealer before installation is also helpful.
