If you have enough room, try inserting a putty knife between the clutch plate and flywheel to free up the clutch plate from the flyweheel. Of course if the engine is stuck(won't turn) that may or may not be much help.
And
for the info on your acquiring the cars/parts. And, with the photo you've provided, you do have "body parts" which begs the question - Does it still have the ID plate attached to the firewall? If it does, a case could be made to include it in the Regstry!
