Wow, I guess my Dyslexia is back, I don't know how many times I looked at this page, but you are correct, there is no call out for the Ferrule for the 1192.

It would seem that the larger heads would be the logical ones to use. I went through a box of old interior parts I have and did find 4 sheet metal screws with the larger heads.
