I am pretty sure that is an inner fender, likely passenger side, not for a 37 120 that is for sure, but you can see the cut-out for the upper control arm and the clips that hold onto the long gone rubber piece that tried to keep the weather out of the engine compartment.
By the shape it looks like a later model car with flatter fenders like the 50's, not the big clam shells of the pre-war genre.
