looks like a Rollson.
"...Correspondence between the coachbuilder and Packard NY, the fabrics supplier and Miss Pons' agents illuminate the build process...." The car is mentioned in Hugo Pfau, "The Coachbuilt Packard" (1938), page 74 (according to the German Wikipedia; see
reference 23) and in a Business Week magazine dtd. April 22, 1950 (according to
coachbuilt.com).
