This summer we had the running boards of our 1940 110 sprayed with Rhino lining and they look great and are extremely well detailed. We had the color tinted to a satin finish which really looks like rubber. The cost was $135.00. They were sand blasted before the Rhino lining was applied cost $60.00.
Unless you were building an absolutely correct car this is a great alternative.
My opinion only, but have received many compliments at local shows.
