Thanks for the insight into the Haile Sellassie experience with the 22nd Series Custom Eight limousine, perhaps it was inspiration for the following. In Robert Neal's Packard 1948-1950, page 197, is shown a proposal by Derham for a custom open state landaulet-style Custom Eight Special Parade Limousine designed for him but never built.
