It took me a while to find out the name of the ship in the background of this unusual 1929 Packard below. It is the German steamer "Bremen", the so-called "Ocean Express". Let's listen to wikipedia: "At the time of her construction, she and her sister ship Europa were the two most advanced high-speed steam turbine ocean liners of their day."
I have reason to believe that this picture was taken in Germany and will expand on later.
