Packard used the green up until 1950 on some engines. Many use Hirsch Autohttp://www.hirschauto.com/departments.asp?dept=1 as their source for paint. Other Packard vendors also sell paint. Here is a thread showing the green colorhttps://packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?post_id=86647#forumpost86647 and Hirsch's offering. If you can't have it shipped over, perhaps a paint store in your country can color match and make you something --- if there is still a piece with decent paint left on your engine.

EDIT: Here is another thread mentioning an ordinary paint color which is close to Packard green.https://packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?post_id=86846#forumpost86846 Maybe something like that is available there.
