A photo would also be helpful. Many people misrepresent a touring as a phaeton, and there's a big difference in value. Also, one person's definition of class 3 can be totally different from another's.
For a real phaeton in #3 condition (average person off the street would think it's a class winning show car), my opinion is that $50,000 would be about retail. If it's a touring (jump seats), perhaps $35,000.
