According to the A.E.A. Universal Catalog of O.E.M. parts, the 1940 "110" should have an Auto-Lite IGC-4505 or a Delco 1110092.

There are some NAPA vintage car charts already on this site which you can check for more recent part numbers but in the end you'll have to ask the NAPA counterman to check for you.

Original Auto-Lite service parts were:

Breaker point set: IGP 3028FS
Contact arm: IGP 3028
Contact point: IGC 1149
Cap: IGC 1107S
Rotor: IGS 1016B
Vacuum chamber: VC 3060 KS
Ignition coil: CE 4644 or CE 4652
Service coil: CE 3224VS for CE 4644
CE 3224 US for CE 4652

IGW series was used in Studebaker and Willys in the 30s but I do have an old Standard catalog that shows IGW in 1940 Packard. Perhaps you should consult the Packard parts book to see what they say.
