to PackardInfo but sorry I can't help with your request. Have you looked at the manuals in the Literature and Manuals section here on the Site, may be of some help? Failing anything in those, a close inspection after removing the seat bottom, laying some padding down and assuming an upside down position under the dash will help to investigate your access options.
