info on reasembling 39 packard grill

looking to get info specifically on riveting grill blades. also looking for diameter of rivits for the 1939 packard.

read on a past post about a Rivet tool from hansonrivet.com HT-178. does anyone know if this tool would work on a 1939 packard?
