You could send the block off to Extrude-Hone, but beware, it's an expensive process and only used on racing engines. You don't want to coat the exhaust ports with anything, it'll burn right off, and I'd be scared to do the intakes, knowing my luck, the stuff would peel, get stuck in a valve, and burn the valve.
