At least you had your priorities in order. It appears the seller is one third miffed because the first bidder/buyer/winner didn't ask his wife first and she said no after he had won it. Bet that was an interesting conversation when he told her.
The second winner wanted free storage so there accounts for two thirds miffed. Maybe he was born grumpy for the final third and when Hank called, it showed.
