I'd go with the cushion Steele suggests. The shoulder may have been on the original or it could be just there because of being compressed into the cradle. The important part is thickness. The other one you are looking at is 3/4 of an inch thick vs 5/16 on the one specified for radiators. If you mess up the spacing height too far from original on the cradle or the other body cushions, you will have a heck of a time fitting and aligning things later on.
